LESSER SCIATIC NOTCH
Below the ischial spine there is small notch which is called lesser sciatic notch situated inbetween ischial spine (above) and ischial tuberosity ( below)
GREATER SCIATIC NOTCH
Below the posterior inferior iliac spine a big notch is present which is called greater sciatic notch.it is present in between posterior inferior iliac spine (above) and ischial spine below.
